The website was constructed in December 2007 to provide a service linking the polish community in Redditch. At first the website contained sections like classified advertisement and forum but was later developed with additional information about Redditch amenities, for example shops and agencies.

It took a couple of months to design site's architecture and graphics and to verify the information like addresses and telephone numbers.
It wasn't just a "copy&paste" exercise. The data has been collected from other sites such as thomsonlocal.com, yell.com etc.

At the beginning of October 2009 we've introduced a new version of the system. It has been brought up to date to make the system even more functional. Other languages have been added making it friendly for English and Slovak speaking visitors. We would also like to add some translated news from local newspapers. Another new idea is a section for business cards (expired on June 2010) where local businesses and people providing services can advertise for free.

The website id being developed by:

• Administrator Marcin Reimus - the creator of the website, a graduate of IT Science responsible for the technical support and has lived in Redditch since October 2006.

• Moderator Anna Korba -  responsible for the majority of the articles, corrections and translations into English. Anna has lived in U.K. since July 2006.
