THE family of Arron Peter Bridger, who died in a road traffic collision in Redditch, have paid a loving tribute to their “beloved son”.

The 18-year-old, who died when the car he was driving left the road and collided with a tree, leaves behind his parents Michelle and Pete, brothers Ryan and Jack, sister Rosie and girlfriend Kate.

His mother Michelle said: “Arron was a thoughtful and caring person, who was always very polite and would help anyone that he could.

“He was always laughing and joking and loved life.”

Arron, described as a keen car enthusiast, attended Dingleside and Ipsley Middle Schools and Kingsley College before going to Redditch College where he was doing a two-year National Diploma in Sports Football.

He had already completed a National Diploma in sports and his aim was to study for a sports degree at university.

Michelle added: “He was a popular and well thought of young man who had so many friends.

“He enjoyed his sports, in particular his football, where he played for a number of local teams, including Redditch United, Winyates and Lodge Park Social Club.

“He enjoyed helping to coach younger kids with some of his football skills, in particular during the summer holidays, including his younger brother Ryan and some of his friends.”

She added: “He will be deeply missed by us all.”
